Funding is available to support farmers through implementing best practise fertiliser management programs with soil testing, agronomic advice and the production of whole farm nutrient maps across the Geographe Catchment on at least 80 farms during 2016, 2017 and 2018. Grazing enterprises with >40ha of cleared arable land are encouraged to apply.
The Fertiliser Best Practice Project is part of the Revitalising Geographe Waterways Program, a four year program supported by Royalties for Regions to improve water quality, waterway health and management of Geographe waterways.
