Values of the Vasse Wonnerup

The Vasse Wonnerup wetlands have important ecological values that are internationally recognised. Their management needs to balance these values with flood protection, water quality, public amenity and potential impacts on the nearby Lower Vasse River.

The community is invited to hear results from three years of ecological monitoring, water quality monitoring and seawater inflow trials. You will be able to give your feedback on four future management scenarios for the wetlands.
